ENT is a self-organizing organization. By this we mean that we are guided by common goals and organize ourselves into working groups with specific tasks around different performances and projects. It also means that the leadership is spread out in the organization, we do not have any managers but all artists act on the basis of the framework that has been set up jointly and have mandate to take quick decisions and the responsibility to follow them into action. Most decisions are made with the advice of several other artists so we can make use of all our skills and connect decision making into the long-term artistic processes of the working groups.
ENT is not a registered company and all actions are represented by the companies of the involved artists. We are constantly refining our fluid structure and working methods – to maximize effectiveness, innovativity and sustainability. Please read more about our thoughts on sustainability here.
